How to purchasing Mail credits

Initiating an Edovo Mail account must first start by receiving an invitation from your incarcerated Loved one. Without this invitation you will not be able to sign up for Edovo Mail. 

Once you have received and accepted the invite from your contact: 

• Login at connect.edovo.com
• Navigate to "My Account"
• Select "Buy Credits"
• Select a credit package to purchase

Overview of available packages

Basic Bundle = $10 This bundle allows for a total of 15 mail messages to be sent to your incarcerated loved one AND prepays for 15 mail responses back to you.

Advanced Bundle = $25 This bundle allows for a total of 40 mail messages to be sent to your incarcerated loved one AND prepays for 40 mail responses back to you.

Each time you send an email, two credits will be deducted. One for your sent message and the other one prepays for the response from your contact.

Important: You will need to be logged in to your account and in the Edovo Mail Inbox to be able to send and receive your messages.
