Why hasn't my Mail been delivered yet?
Wondering why your Edovo Mail hasn't been delivered yet?
As you know, you are sending communication through a correctional facility, where communications are subject to monitoring.
Incoming and outgoing communication is screened by the facility staff prior to release for delivery to the intended individual. Edovo staff are not a part of the review process of the Mail messages and it is handled solely by the facility. You may see a PENDING message while the screening is in process. Any messages that are flagged as Blocked are due to content that was in violation of the facility policy and should be addressed with your agency. Messages with a blocked status will not be released to the intended party.
The facility staff are the only ones that can review, block and release messages. Edovo plays no role in the screening process.
