How to Downgrade your Plan
If you have a $20 or $50 plan and need to drop down to
a lower amount, you will need to cancel the current plan first. You can cancel your plan by going to connect.edovo.com and
logging into your account. Once logged in, go to Contacts and Plans, look for
your contact's name and click Manage. Click the "Cancel Plan" option
next to the one you want to discontinue.
It is critical to cancel your plan in order to end any future billing at the higher price point.
Once cancelled, you will be able to choose a lower price point plan to fit your needs by once again clicking on "Contacts and Plans."
