At Edovo, we want you to have the controls in your hands to manage your plans. No need to call anyone or request cancellation, you can simply log into your account and cancel your plan at any time.
A couple of things to know before you cancel:
- Cancelling your plan does not delete your account
In order to avoid the renewal charge, cancellation should be done BEFORE the end of the day of the expiration date
If you have blocked someone, you will need to unblock them in order to cancel the plan
To cancel your plan:
1. Login to your account at connect.edovo.com
2. Head to Contacts and Plans:
3. Find the contact that you would like to cancel your plan with and click "Manage":
4. Click Cancel on the plan you wish to cancel. (Due to the page size and orientation, you may need to scroll up in order to see the Cancel button if it isn't immediately visible):
You will be notified that you will still be able to use any remaining messages until the expiration date of your plan.
